My Story
ani Hoefnagels (1998): from a young age, I have been passionate about music. So it was natural for me to turn that passion into my career. Finally, when it was time to choose a field of study, I decided to go for gastronomy, because working in a team and creating special moments for others is what inspired me.
During my chef training, I was inspired by great chefs. Whenever I do anything, I look for challenges and perfection and strive for opportunities to learn and improve myself. This led to valuable experiences with renowned chefs, both in the Netherlands and abroad.

On many more mornings
Romée and I grew up in the region of Brabant. At the age of twenty-five, we seized an opportunity that brought us to Cadzand-Bad, a place where I did one of my first internships at Sergio Herman's former Pure C restaurant. This decision marked the beginning of a new chapter in our lives. On January 19, 2024, we proudly opened the doors of our restaurant: Demain. Demain is a promise to the future. A promise where the team is central, where we celebrate successes together and pursue our goals together. In October 2024, we received our first star from Michelin.
