Food Reporter, a media platform for hospitality professionals and young talented chefs, on Monday, Oct. 21, selected three chefs to follow for a new series of documentaries because of their future-oriented and sustainable vision. At the Filmtheater Slachtstraat in Utrecht, the three chefs were honored under the guidance of two-star chef Bas van Kranen (Restaurant Flore **).
